This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets rules for using the Jele AI platform. It applies to all users and integrations connected to your workspace.

Do not use the Service for unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or abusive activity. This includes unsolicited or non-compliant outbound calling, spam, fraud, or content that infringes others' rights.

Do not attempt to bypass security controls, probe systems without authorization, or overload infrastructure. Respect rate limits and telephony regulations applicable to your use case.

You are responsible for obtaining any consents, disclosures, or registrations required for your calls and messages, including marketing and recording rules in your jurisdiction.

We may investigate suspected violations and suspend or terminate access when necessary to protect users, partners, or the Service. Report abuse through your support channel.
